Journal of Legal Society is a scholarly journal focused on studies and research in the field of legal science. Journal of Legal Society views law not as a stand-alone rule, but as a living, dynamic institution that continuously interacts with society. Journal of Legal Society publishes original, innovative, and empirical legal research, encouraging interdisciplinary studies that connect law with other disciplines, such as sociology, politics, economics, and technology, serving as a forum for academics, legal practitioners, and students to share their thoughts and research findings. Journal of Legal Society covers a wide range of topics, yet remains focused on the interaction between law and society. Some themes in accordance with Journal of Legal Society include Law and Social Change, Sociology of Law, Law and Social Justice, Business and Economic Law, Constitutional Law and Human Rights, Technology Law, State Administrative Law, and other legal issues. Jurnal Legal Society applies a peer-review system. Each submitted manuscript will be evaluated by reviewers who are experts in their fields. This process ensures that only articles with adequate methodological quality, analysis, and scientific contributions will be published. A double-blind peer review process is also frequently used to maintain objectivity. The Journal of Legal Society is published three times a year and is open access. Each manuscript must conform to the journal's scope and focus, following established templates and writing guidelines.
